  • Do you have a parking lot?

    We do not have a private parking but you can park near the hotel in the surrounding streets (free of charge) or on the parking lot of the town hall 50 meters from the hotel

  • Late arrival?

    Do you think you'll arrive after 6:30? No problem, we'll send you an email with a treasure hunt that will tell you how to find your suite. Feel free to contact us, however, so that we can also explain it to you by phone.

  • How do I pay for my stay?

    By credit card, cash or cheques. We do not accept American Express, nor holiday vouchers (subject to additional commissions).

  • When do I have to pay for my stay?

    You can pay for your stay when you leave. Your bank details will be requested at the time of booking as a simple guarantee.

  • WIFI

    We will give you a login code upon arrival that will allow you unlimited and free access throughout your stay in the hotel.

  • What are the cancellation conditions?

    The reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your arrival. After this period, the first night will be charged to you.

  • Does the establishment accept animals?

    Yes and this with a supplement of 15 € for the entire stay. We reserve the right to charge for any damage that may be caused in the future.

  • At what time can we take possession of the suite?

    Rooms and suites are available from 3 pm (no later than 4 pm). Rooms must be vacated by noon on the day of your departure.

  • Are there any smoking rooms?

    All rooms and common areas are NON-smoking.

  • Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

    We do not have a restaurant inside the hotel. Several restaurants in the village are open in season, and we encourage you to book (do not hesitate to ask us for information on this subject).
